The 3rd Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Report Case Study Competition is recruiting event staff. Students who are interested in ESG, event planning, and supporting a large-scale event are warmly invited to join us.

Open Positions

Venue Team Lead1 recipient

  • Help communicate with vendors and produce venue materials such as banners and backdrops
  • Prepare and arrange printing for name badges, sign-in sheets, and other materials
  • Plan and manage the event venue and equipment

Guest Reception Team Lead1 recipient

  • Help plan the final-round program and coordinate on-site staffing
  • Manage guest reception, parking arrangements, and related matters

Final-Round Event Staff6 positions

  • Support event operations as assigned by the team leads
  • Provide flexible on-site support as needed

Event Schedule

Tuesday, September 15, 17:00–19:00　Venue setup

Wednesday, September 16, 08:00–17:00　Final-round event

All selected team members must be available during the event times listed above.

In addition to the event schedule above, the Venue Team Lead and Guest Reception Team Lead must also assist with advance preparation, stay in close contact with the organizing team, and return to campus for discussions, meetings, and related work when needed.
